Let’s Breathe- A Community Breathwork Experience

Destination Reverie welcomes you to The Corvallis Club for another community Breathwork Detox experience with Megan Mercer. By participating you may relieve stress and anxiety that you didn’t even know you were carrying, releasing the emotional baggage that has overstayed it’s visit, while expanding your state of consciousness, getting clarity, creative downloads, opening up to greater possibilities, reviving the stagnant energy found within your body to turn it into something you can use. This is all possible using natures innate wisdom and the healing benefits of bringing more oxygen into your physical body.

Megan will use a specific playlist to help keep you motivated and focused so that you can get the undeniable results that has people coming back time after time, receiving an experience that is unique and unlike the one before. In your session you may experience something more profound than you have ever experienced before, but for the best experience it is recommended that you come with an open mind and curious expectations. Let yourself be amazed by what is possible.

IMPORTANT REMINDER: Resist eating at least 2 hours before your event begins. Bring with you a blanket, yoga mat, pillow and eye mask. If you do not have an eye mask, bring a small towel, scarf or pillow case you can fold and place over your eyes. If you do not have a yoga mat bring a thick blanket you can lay on in addition to the blanket you will use to cover your body- trust us, you will want this.
